Jenn Air appliances have been around since 1961 so you know there are plenty of good sources for Jenn Air Cooktop Parts.  The question is are you paying too much for your parts?  I like the security of knowing I am buying from a reputable company at a fair price.  I’ve had a Jenn Air Cooktop in my cottage for a good 20 plus years, so things are starting to go wrong with the unit.  So far I’ve needed replacement parts for cartridge, knobs, burners and broiling elements.  Though I’m sure also need bowls, electric oven , grill and barbecue parts, valves and thermostats in the near future.  Yes, I also have a Jenn Air barbecue!


Jenn Air has had many successful years producing excellent kitchen appliances such as ranges, refrigerators, stove tops, dishwashers, washers and dryers, and barbecues, and they have been bought out by Maytag back in 1982 and then sold again to Whirlpool.  So with all these older appliances still out there working away, you got to know their are a ton of Jenn Air Cooktop parts available.  You can go through Whirlpool directly, but I can guarantee you will pay way too much!  I say this from experience.   You can also go through department stores like Sears, Walmart, Best Buy, etc, but again, you will pay too much.  The second best bet is to find a specialty appliance parts dealer that specializes in appliances, and specifically has a full complement of Jenn Air Cooktop parts.   They usually have an online presence so prices are better, and more importantly they have the expertise to tell you quickly what part you really need.


That being said, if you have your original owners guide for the cooktop, then all the Jenn Air Cooktop parts numbers are at your finger tips!  Just look at the appliance parts diagram, find the part number and look it up on Google.  Usually you’ll get a few hits from some shopping sites.  The problem is you don’t know if they are a

reputable company.  So the the first thing I do is load up Amazon.com and search generically for Jenn Air Cooktop parts.  Or for a specific Jenn Air Part, one time I searched for Jenn Air Range Burner knob, and lo and behold there it was on Amazon.com.

I’m not saying you’re going to find all the Jenn Air Cooktop parts you need on Amazon, but when you do find some, you will save a ton of cash, and will also quite often get free ground shipping.  Yet another reason to always check Amazon first for all your home shopping needs, not just Jenn Air Cooktop parts.
